Service description
Respello connects to Gmail to help you draft, review, and optionally automate email replies using AI grounded in your business knowledge. You remain responsible for messages sent from your account.
Subscriptions and billing
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription at $99 CAD/month. You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business communication.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or access other users' data.
- Do not use the service to send spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- Maintain accurate account information and safeguard your login credentials.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. You should review AI-generated drafts before sending sensitive or high-risk replies.
